A bit about the role
With big plans and brilliant clients, we’re excited to welcome a sharp, enthusiastic Employment Solicitor with 2 years+ PQE to become part of a thriving firm.
Collaborating with an experienced team, you’ll be delivering commercially minded, solutions-driven advice and ensuring that our renowned service levels remain exceptional and personable.
Day to day responsibilities
- Establishing trust and confidence with new and existing clients
- Giving clients confidence to instruct Backhouse to solve their legal challenges
- Handling a wide range of employment law matters for individuals, identifying all issues and securing the best possible outcome
- Supporting businesses – from start-ups to larger SMEs, with day-to-day employment and HR queries, documentation, and guidance
- Working alongside the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs
- Playing an active role in growing the Backhouse brand, developing new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and helping attract new clients
