Can I speak to a solicitor straight away?
We do work on an appointment system, but if your matter is urgent, we will try our utmost to get you an appointment on the day, provided there is a lawyer available. We will first need some basic details and then carry out a conflict check. From there, one of our experts will call you as soon as they are available. We take sufficient details to ensure we allocate your case to the correct person.
Why do I need to provide my address and personal details?
We are required by the Solicitors Regulations Authority to have specific details for each client. The information we ask for is only used for our client database, and we ensure it is kept confidential.
What happens if I don’t want to disclose my name and address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to book you an appointment or take you on as a client unless we have this information.
Can I have a meeting before I send my ID documents?
Of course, we will still be able to go ahead with the free 30-minute appointment, however if you instruct us as your solicitors, we will require documents to carry out a verification check for money laundering purposes.
Why do I need to provide the opposing person or companies details?
We need these details to check our database to make sure there isn’t a conflict of interest between you and your potential opponent before you provide any further information on your case. This information is completely confidential.
What happens if I do not know the other side’s details?
We will still be able to make an appointment for you, but we will need the details before the appointment goes ahead as we need to carry out a conflict check to make sure that we do not act for them in any capacity.
While my issue is ongoing, can I be in contact with the other party involved?
Depending on the details of your dispute, the lawyer assigned to your matter will determine if contacting the other side could affect your case and will explain the possible implications.
Do you offer Legal Aid or No Win No Fee?
Unfortunately, we do not offer legal aid or no win no fee.
How long would this matter take?
We cannot always give an exact estimate as it depends on how receptive the other side is, but our client care letter will provide estimated timescales for completion.
Is there any flexibility in your costs?
There are always other firms that will offer cheaper services, however, our costs reflect the high level of service and expertise you will receive from our experts and as a regulated firm, our advice is covered by our insurance. We always encourage prospective clients to check out the 500+ genuine 5-star reviews on Google from clients we’ve helped.
