A bit about the role

With big plans and brilliant clients, we’re excited to welcome a sharp, enthusiastic Litigation Solicitor to become part of our team.

Collaborating with an experienced team, you’ll play a central role in advising clients across a variety of legal issues. You’ll be delivering commercially minded, solutions-driven advice and ensuring that our renowned service levels remain exceptional and personable.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Giving clients the confidence to choose Backhouse for their toughest legal challenges
  • Managing commercial matters for business clients, including shareholder conflicts, insolvency issues, commercial fraud and debt recovery
  • Tackling litigation for individual clients including landlord and tenant disputes, breach of contract, inheritance disputes and contentious probate
  • Working shoulder to shoulder with the team to smash monthly targets and KPIs
  • Flying the Backhouse flag by spotting new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and helping bring brilliant new clients on board
