A bit about the role

With big plans and brilliant clients, we’re excited to welcome a compassionate, confident, newly qualified Solicitor to join our successful Private Client team. You’ll play a key part in advising both existing and new clients, ensuring every client feels respected, understood and in safe hands from start to finish.

Day to day responsibilities

You’ll be delivering tailored legal advice, ensuring that our renowned service levels remain exceptional and personable. As well as:

  • Building strong client relationships through professionalism and empathy while providing a seamless service
  • Meeting clients both in person and remotely, ensuring they feel comfortable and well supported
  • Providing clear, sensitive and practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances
  • Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection cases
  • Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining excellent file management and compliance with SRA regulations
  • Working alongside the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs
  • Supporting the growth of the Backhouse brand by exploring new opportunities and nurturing strong relationships
