Job Vacancy – Legal Secretary required for our Wills & Probate Department

An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary with Wills & Probate experience. You will be required to deliver secretarial and administrative support together with a flexible and positive approach to working in a busy and demanding growing firm. Duties will include audio and copy typing, answering the telephone and dealing with clients. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Knowledge of Wills and LPAs
• Knowledge of Probate
• Knowledge of IHT forms
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team

You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to use your own initiative. Working as part of a wider Admin Team you will also be required to take part on the Admin Team rota and the hours for this are 8.30 – 5.00, 9.00 – 5.30 and 9.30 – 6.00 where reception cover is also required.
