We are looking for an experienced legal receptionist who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and who thrives in a busy reception. Working as part of our Admin Team and working alongside one other receptionist, your role is to provide a first class professional reception service. Your duties will include meeting and greeting clients and visitors, co-ordinating all aspects of client and internal meetings as per requests made by staff and clients, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is provided at all times, conduct regular room checks to ensure all rooms are set for upcoming meetings and keeping the reception area immaculate. You will also be required to carry out administrative duties as and when the need arises.
Who We’re Looking For
The successful candidate must have previous reception experience ideally gained within the Legal sector. You must be able to work well under pressure, be able to use your initiative and have excellent communication skills. This is an excellent role for someone who has a positive and flexible approach to work.
