A big thank you to all who attended the last Friends of Braintree Town meeting. We had 60 guests join us for 2 hours of quality networking over a cup of coffee and an excellent buffet. Contacts were made, business was done and it was even suggested that Braintree Town FC might have made a better job of the World Cup than England!
We are really looking forward to our next meeting which is a breakfast event on Thursday 7th August. The group continues to grow strongly as we welcome new guests from a range of business sectors in Braintree and the surrounding areas. We would love to help you promote your business and win new clients, and best of all, attending won’t cost you a penny!
What do you need to know?
We get together once a month at Braintree Town FC (The Amlin Stadium, Clockhouse Way, Braintree, Essex, CM7 3RD). The next meeting is Thursday 7th August from 7am to 9am. The meetings are free to attend – if you’d like to join up and support the club there is a great membership package which includes advertising space and a copy of the attendance list with contact details, but that’s up to you. There’s plenty of free parking and food, tea and coffee is provided free of charge. How’s that for great value?
The meetings are very informal – there are no bells or whistles and you don’t need to give a 60 second speech. We expect a lot of bookings, so we can guarantee you will meet a real mix of businesses – large and small. This is a great opportunity to make new contacts and catch up with old friends in a relaxed environment.
