I completed my Law Degree at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford. In 2014 I went on to do my Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Bloomsbury, London before embarking on my two-year training contract with a law firm in East Anglia.
In June 2017, I qualified as a Solicitor and worked in the firm’s Private Client department dealing with Probate and Will writing matters before I went on to other associated work such as preparing Declarations of Trust and General Powers of Attorney.
During my time at the firm, I also successfully completed training to become a Dementia Friend and am a fully accredited member of Lifetime Lawyers. I am currently working towards becoming a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Having recently joined Backhouse Solicitors in Chelmsford, I am excited to be working with a highly experienced team and taking on a new caseload. The firm has expanded significantly and have just opened an office in Leigh-on-Sea, giving me the opportunity to work in two locations and undertake a wide variety of Private Client work with a broad client base.
In my spare time I can be found with my head in a book! I also enjoy travelling and meeting up with friends & family.
