I am delighted to be joining the Litigation team at Backhouse Solicitors and would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
I qualified as a Solicitor after successfully completing both stages of the Solicitor Qualifying Examination (SQE). Before qualifying, I completed my Law Conversion course and master’s degree with the University of Law, which provided me with a strong foundation of legal knowledge and practical skills that I now bring to my role.
Originally from Greece, I moved to the UK in 2013 and am bilingual. Being able to communicate with clients from different backgrounds is something I value greatly, and I enjoy building strong relationships based on trust, understanding and clear communication.
As part of the Litigation team, I assist clients with a wide range of dispute resolution matters. I understand that becoming involved in a legal dispute can often feel daunting and stressful, whether it relates to a contractual disagreement, debt recovery matter, business dispute or another contentious issue. My aim is to provide clear, practical advice and support clients throughout the process, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions.
One of the aspects I enjoy most about litigation is helping clients find solutions to complex problems. I am passionate about making legal advice accessible and straightforward, ensuring clients feel informed and confident when navigating legal challenges.
Life outside the office
Outside of work, I enjoy reading and baking. Whether I am getting lost in a good book or trying a new recipe, I appreciate activities that allow me to relax, learn and be creative.
