Backhouse Solicitors Limited are looking for newly qualified Employment Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding Law firm based in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this highly driven and reputable firm on a permanent basis.

The role will include a varied mix of Claimant and Respondent work, including but not limited to:-

  • Grievance and Disciplinary Proceedings
  • Unfair Dismissal
  • Redundancies
  • Discrimination and harassment
  • TUPE
  • Contracts of Employment, handbooks and policies
  • Previous advocacy experience an advantage as is the desire to represent in Employment Tribunal

The ideal candidate for this role will be 1 + year PQE and will be outgoing and enthusiastic. You will have the ability to work confidently and competently on a varied caseload with little supervision.
