I graduated from Anglia Ruskin in 2019 with a 2:1 and went on to complete my LPC and LLM with a distinction at BBP in 2020. During my Training Contract and since qualifying as a Solicitor, I have gained experience in several areas of law and learnt that I particularly like working on contentious matters, so when an opportunity arose to join the Litigation team at Backhouse, it sounded ideal for what I want to do for the rest of my career.
The firm has built up an exceptional reputation and now employs over 60 people and is growing fast so this is an exciting new chapter for me, and I am looking forward to working with the team and meeting an array of clients and helping them with their legal issues.
Growing up in Stisted led me to love the countryside and enjoy long walks, bike rides and being outside. At the weekends I try and get to the driving range at Little Channels in Chelmsford to hit a few balls. Admittedly I am some way off the standard of Dame Laura Davies, but thoroughly enjoy the game!
